Age Restriction

You must be over the age of 18 years to use the Site. Any products or services available on the Site will not be provided to anyone under 18 years of age. If we discover we have unknowingly collected personal information from a person under 18 years of age, the information will be deleted immediately or passed on to the relevant authorities if required by law.

We aim to collect personal information only if it is reasonably necessary to providing the product, service or information you have requested from us. The type of personal information that we collect about you depends on the type of dealings with us.

In general, you can assume that we may collect the following personal information about you:

Name – address - email address - telephone number and other contact details and payment information such as credit or debit card details.

Who We Collect Personal Information About?

During the course of our business, we ordinarily collect personal information about the following people.

Delivery Recipients: Users who request deliveries of products or services available on the Sites.

Drivers: Users who provide the delivery services on the Sites.

Merchants: Users who supply products and services on the Sites.

Why we Collect and Use Personal Information?

We collect information to effectively provide our services to you. Generally, we will tell you why we are collecting information when we collect it and how we plan to use it, or these things will be obvious when we collect the information. We will use the personal information we collect for the purpose disclosed at the time of collection, or otherwise as set out in this Privacy Policy.

We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent, or where authorised or required by law.

Processing and Delivery of Products

Liquora Drive provides a delivery service only, for local liquor stores and convenience store (the “Retailers”), through which all orders and purchases are processed. Liquora Drive does not hold a license to sell alcohol, nor is it a licensed retailer. At the time you purchase alcoholic beverages or other items (“Products”), you are purchasing those items from a licensed retailer, and your credit card will be charged by a third party credit card processing provider who will transfer and deliver the funds.

Neither Liquora Drive, nor any officer, director, employee, shareholder or agent of Liquora Drive shall be liable to the User or any third-party for any claims relating to the purchase, sale, delivery and/or consumption of the alcoholic beverage or any consequences which may result thereof.

By completing an order through the App, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older and that you will be present to accept the delivery of alcoholic beverages ordered along with other food beverages or convenience products. You agree that you will not be intoxicated when receiving delivery of such products. If you are sending a gift, you agree that the recipient is an individual 18 years of age or older.

All deliveries including alcoholic beverages must be accepted by the account holder, who can prove that he or she is 18 years of age or older and can provide a valid form of government issued identification at the time of delivery.

If there is no individual who is 18 years of age or older or cannot provide valid identification showing that he or she is 18 years of age or older, the delivery driver (the “Courier”) will not complete delivery of the Products. Additionally, if the Courier is unable to contact you or the account holder at the specified delivery address for 7 or more minutes, all Products will be removed from the order and returned to the Retailers and a $9.99 restocking fee will be charged to User’s credit card and the original order balance will be returned to user.

The courier reserves the right to refuse to deliver Products for any reason. This reservation includes, but is not limited to, refusing service to individuals who are visibly intoxicated or to specific locations for safety reasons. Products cannot and will not be left unattended for any reason. Any Retailer reserves the right to not accept any order for any reason.
